Mulling Spice Apple Pie Cake Ingredients: 1 jar apple pie filling (or 4 cups diced apples)
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons salt
1 cup chopped nuts
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 package Old Mill Mulling Spice Mix
2 cups flour
½ cup oil
(if using fresh apples add 1 cup sugar)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13 x 9 inch pan. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into pan and bake for 35 minutes.
