Directions:
Melt butter in small saucepan. Gradually add flour with salt, stirring well over medium heat. Slowly add orange juice, stirring constantly until slightly thickened. Drain beets and add to mixture. Pour into quart casserole baking dish and bake covered at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Add drained oranges and bake additional 5 minutes.
