1 (6oz.) grilled chicken breast - diced 3/4 inch cubes
2 roasted red pepper strips 1/4" thick
1/4 cup caramelized onion
2 cups mixed shredded Cheddar & Jack cheese
1 tsp Old Mill Poultry Seasoning
