4 slices Old Mill Hickory Smoked Country Bacon, chopped
1 large onion chopped
2 - 28 oz. cans of green beans, drained & rinsed
3 cubes chicken bouillon crumbled
additional salt & pepper to taste if desired
Directions:
Cook bacon in saucepan over medium heat until beginning to crisp up. Add onion; cook until tender. Stir in rinsed green beans. Add just barely enough water to cover the top of beans. Add bouillon and simmer gently until most liquid is cooked dry. Add additional salt and pepper to taste. Serves 8.
