Salmon Ball

Ingredients:

1 can pink salmon (drained, deboned and skin off)
8 oz softened cream cheese
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp grated onion
1 package Old Mill Delicious Dill Dip

1/3 cup chopped pecans
3 tbsp parsley (dried or fresh)

Directions:

Mix first 5 ingredients thoroughly and chill overnight.

Combine pecans and parsley.

Shape chilled salmon mixture into a ball.
Roll in nut/parsley mixture. Serve with crackers.

May be made up to 3 days in advance.
