Tuna Sandwich Casserole
Ingredients:
2 cans of tuna, drained
2-3 eggs, hard boiled
1 cup celery, chopped fine
1 small sweet onion, chopped fine
1/2 pkg. Delicious Dill Dip Mix (unprepared)
½ cup mayonnaise
Sandwich sliced bread with crusts cut off
5-6 eggs, beaten
cheese, shredded
1/8 cup milk
sprinkle of salt & pepper

Directions:
Mix 1/2 pkg. Of dill dip mix with the mayo. Add to the hard boiled eggs, tuna, celery & onions to make tuna salad. After spreading on bread to make sandwiches, cut in half diagonally, lining them, point up, in greased baking dish. Press tightly together, as many as it takes to fill the dish. Beat eggs (1 per sandwich) and add milk, salt & pepper. Pour over sandwiches & sprinkle with shredded cheese. Cover & refrigerate overnight or for a few hours. Let stand at room temperature for a little while before baking 30 minutes at 350. Serve Immediately.
